I am deeply passionate about the growth and stability of our community. My professional commitment to mental health is focused on supporting the African American community. I work to inform clients of mental health and self-care techniques to create opportunities for my clients to learn and grow into the people they want to be.
I have experience working in community mental health and school settings. I provide therapy services to adults, children, and parents; attend IEP meetings, Department of Mental Health meetings; provide DCFS mandated counseling services, and crisis de-escalation services.
I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Crisis Oriented Recovery Services.
