Individual therapy for children/adolescents
Children/adolescents go through
many different things. From
trying to fit in, respecting themselves and others, striving for performance goals, making friends, or managing boundaries. At BT we work together
to meet the needs of your child/adolescent. Helping them to feel supported, encouraged, and capable.

Closed group therapy sessions
(8 people max).
Get therapy in a group setting that allows you to receive added support. Group sessions are closed (meaning once a group has begun, no new members are able to join).
This helps with building trust and a sense of bonding between group members. Group sessions run for 8 week cycles.
